Conference championship game
Just curious, any thoughts on how far out the conference would consider moving the conference championship game? If App loses another game from their schedule due to Covid, will the conference move the game to the day after Christmas? If we lose two more games from the schedule, will they move the conference championship to January 2021? If we lose too many games from the schedule, do they just kick us from the league for the year or tell us we aren't eligible for the championship game?

No to moving CCG. forfeit games or change of eligible status could be the result. i imagine the conference will follow whatever set up the pac12 and big10 have. those teams dont have room for missed games either.

Correct. If there are any postponements that can’t be made up we’ll finish with simply an unbalanced schedule
