Shake-out after this season?
Assuming this season happens as anything approaching normal, this is the year that Coach has all the pieces. If everyone stays healthy, the pressure is on, because there are no excuses.

On paper, at least, it looks to me like there is some pretty good talent on this roster that is not going to see much playing time unless we have a lot of blowouts and Coach is careful to clear the bench early. What that probably means is that some of the roster is going to move on in order to get more PT. Unless, of course, Coach is able to do one tremendous sales job: "We have a good thing going here in Little Rock. We are going to have lots of talent coming back next year, and it will be your turn. Pay your dues, stick around, be patient, and there is a big payoff ahead."

The really good mid-level programs get that way because they are able to get good coaches, and keep good coaches for several years running. When you keep good coaches, and players can feel the success building, then they are likely to want to stick around so they can get in on a good thing. There will be a few with the "big fish in a little pond" attitude, but we don't need them, anyway.
