I was expecting it this week. Coastal has a P5 win, a blow out win vs a team with a P5 win, and a win over a top 25 team. they really should be about 3 spots higher. but its their 1st time, and so they have a first timer ranking perception to overcome. the next time will be more fair to where they belong.

Have to think Marshall is having convulsions about being behind us (at 25) in the Coaches’ Poll. Lol.

Agree with you completely... but I think the only reason we overcame that 1st timers perception is because of the screwy season we are all in. Normal year, I think it takes more, another win over a top SB, like App St in a couple weeks. But, we will take it and love it.

Also, saw Liberty has more votes than the next SB team, after their win over a terrible Syracuse squad. Can you imagine that CCU/Liberty rivalry of old could be a Top 25 matchup to close the season? Lol. Crazy.

Was this pre-expansion? Because I really don’t have a problem with that, he did the best with what we could at the time. Now it is a fairly decent stadium.

I’d say our stadium is a lot better than “fairly decent.” We have a darn nice stadium.

But who cares, we are top 25 and the haters can suck on that.
