Dang! I don’t! I’ll call the ticket office tomorrow.

My digital Louisiana tickets are listed as "Western Kentucky". When I download Western Kentucky to Google Pay they are saved as Louisiana. Go figure??!!

My Western Ky tickets were a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside a PDF file which I found by sheer luck. I had to download them and save them as a PDF file then saved them to my phone's Adobe reader

Hope they get this cluster straighten out.

So I ordered my basketball season tickets as paper instead of digital

Next year I'm opting for the regular tickets. I understand thus year is unexpected but I like the security of paper tickets and a memento from the games

Now that you mention it, yes I had trouble yesterday with my digital Western Kentucky tickets. They kept coming up as Louisiana tickets. I reset my iPhone, deleted everything out of Apple Wallet, and listened to my 9-year-old grandson, and the WKU tickets finally appeared. Now, no Louisiana tickets. Jeepers!

I’ve had no problems with my tix...I admit, I miss the paper version.
On the other hand, I sometimes don’t make a decision on whether or not I’ll attend until the last minute. In the past, that means my tickets go unused. The electronic format has allowed me to transfer them to people who otherwise wouldn’t have gone

I transferred my Louisiana tickets to a friend since I will be out of town. It’s fairly simple just log into your ticket account and transfer there. I don’t believe they have to have an account but when they get the email it will prompt them to create one I believe. Go blazers!

I pulled up the western Kentucky pdf and it didn’t scan. The lady told me to pull up UTSA instead and it worked ?.. I guess, this week, western Kentucky may be the working digital ticket.

I transferred my tickets for this Friday's game, and my friend said he had to create a UAB ticket account.

Ticket office fixed my problem. The email I had did not list the Louisiana game. They sent me another email with the correct tickets.

Since the ticket is a QR code, I'm pretty sure you could transfer a ticket just by taking a screenshot of the ticket and texting the picture to someone rather than jumping through the hoops of the official method.

A quicker way to do it is to just download the pdfs and email them to who you want to give the tickets too.

I'm trying to buy tickets online but nothing is listed for single tickets for tonight's game or any other game for the remainder of the season. Are they selling tickets at LF?
