This was billed as a Townhall where he would take questions from the people, yet for the first 20 minutes, Guthrie just assaulted him verbally. I believe that a total of only about 5 questions were asked by audience members during the entire event.

She was pretty disrespectful to the sitting president.

It would have been easy and justified to tell her to "STFU and let me finish an answer". Obviously the optics of that would be really bad, but FFS let the guy finish an answer.


It was like she was in a race to make sure she got in every word she felt she needed to before they took other questions.
