Games of interest this week.
( )= 4/5☆ recruits on roster.

Georgia (67) vs.
Alabama (70)
Easily the game of the week!

North Carolina (20) vs.
Florida State (35)
Welcome to the top 5, North Carolina! Don't get nervous about your ranking and screw it up.

Louisville (8) vs.
Notre Dame (46)
Can Notre Dame (-17) cover that spread?

Kentucky (20) vs.
Tennessee (36)
Tennessee better be ready, I could see an upset here.

C. Carolina (0) vs.
Louisiana (2)
This is a great Wednesday game matching a pair of unbeatens.

SMU (6) vs.
Tulane (3)
Just keep rolling, SMU!

BYU (4) vs.
Houston (7)
BYU (-5.5) appears better than what that spread suggests.

My top ten.

1. Alabama
2. Georgia
3. Clemson
4. North Carolina

5. Oklahoma State
6. Notre Dame

7. Louisiana
8. BYU
9. SMU
10. Cincinnati

Marshall and Liberty are just outside of the top 10.

That top 10...it's a beaut, Clark!

8. Texas A&M
9. Florida
10. Miami

B-10 and Pac 12 teams don't deserve to be ranked until they play. 07-coffee3

I agree about BIG and PAC. I've chose to exclude them too.
I want to put Clemson at 1, but, I use sos as a pretty big factor in my thinking. That's why my top 10 changes so drastically every week. I really don't like theirs and Notre Dame's schedules so far. As long as they keep winning, that's all that matters.

Coastal Carolina cracking the top 25 next week? Maybe the top 20? They deserve to be in there somewhere.

I think as more schools start back up, voters that haven't included them will start again and kick out the fringe teams. This already started when the Big Ten announced they are coming back but the voting isn't universal yet.

My pick 5 for the weekend.
Playing the spread, winners in bold.

Clemson (-27) vs.
Georgia Tech
I think Clemson is 27 points better, I don't think Dabo runs it up.

Georgia vs.
Alabama (-4.5)
My gut feeling is Alabama covers easily.

North Carolina (-13.5) vs.
Florida State
Florida State is really, really bad.

Kentucky vs.
Tennessee (-6.0)
I don't even think Kentucky needs the points in this game.

Louisville vs.
Notre Dame (-17)
Notre Dame rolls big in this game.

I love that you put yourself out there by sharing your thoughts and I don't want to discourage you from continuing in the future so don't take this the wrong way: your picks this week were spectacularly off but that's the beauty/curse of hindsight.

I had a co-worker who made bets with me starting at $1 and doing double or nothing. After me owing him in the $16 range he started letting me make the picks straight up and not against the spread and a couple more losses and he almost had me cash out before I finally got one to make it nothing. So trust me when I say I can relate. It's why I don't gamble.

Lol! Yes, please never use my picks to make major financial wagers.

North Carolina and Notre Dame have really let me down. Georgia Tech? What the hell did you all do to irritate Dabo?
