I was very impressed by his play Saturday against USF.

Definitely a fighter when he runs. 115 yards on 19 carries with two TDs.

No wonder he had offers from Memphis, Tennessee, UCF and WVU among others.

Yeah we’re fortunate to have him. He’s not just big and physical, he has a motor on him too. He accelerates quickly. I am very impressed.

It’s nice to have so many different backs that can all contribute in a variety of ways.

With our OL play, these RB's have to be moving forward or they are dead in the backfield. A few of our backs hesitant and dance in the backfield just a little too long, and that is one of the reasons why I have been big on Pinnix as he hits the hole and keeps moving. I'm excited that we have another guy as well, and Harris is going to get 4-5 years with us if all goes well. Of course, not every team we play is going to be green UConn either.

He's playing some grown man football right now.
