I read there is a new Aloha Stadium coming in a few years. Is that true?

Supposedly. But there's a lot of issues with COVID and HART (The rail system). Original estimate was 2 years from now, but who knows in this environment?

unlikely, rail (not to be confused with real public transportation) is billions over budget and only half done. need to diversify hawai'i economy crucial with tourism headed for long slump and most politicians looking to invest public monies elsewhere. if UH had got an on campus stadium plan together 10-15 years ago it would have been built, but a lot of the old fan base is aging out and interest in college sports is at an all time low. aloha stadium isn't bad, it's just not good.

Idk. It seemed rather spartan when I would go there, maybe they should get Vili back. And that was during the Justin Ayat and Timmy Chang days. If you can't already tell, I have a bias towards people from my hometown of Waipahu. Which speaking of, our O line coach Agpalsa is from there too.

Speaking of Aloha stadium, what school did we play that vowed never to play Hawaii again because the fans were dumping ketchup and jalapenos on the players after the game? I want to say it was Ohio?
