The concern was that it would not be ready. The original completion date was mid-Oct while the World Games start in June. Its definitely good news that the stadium will be "ready" to some degree 5-6 months ahead of schedule. They seem to be moving pretty fast.

I think you're forgetting that the World Games were pushed back a year to 2022. The stadium would not have been ready if the games were still on schedule for next year.
