I agree offensively he doesn't scream Lottery.

But he is a Top 10ish HS player in the country...

Whether criticism is deserved or not, if he doesn't go lottery it will be used against us just based on his ranking alone.

This is such a lazy, false argument. High schoolers ranked 6 through 10 historically end up being lottery picks less than half the time.

Yeah the last few years 40-50% of the Top 20 players (roughly cut off for 5 stars) have been multi-year players.

And the 50-60% that go pro include guys like Kahlil Whitney who are technically one-and-done but have no hope of getting drafted

Bolded part is important.

Whether criticism is deserved or not it will be used against us. Tis what it Tis when you recruit players ranked this high.

Opposing coaches are going to find whatever angle they can to get an advantage.

Well coaches will try, but it won't stick.

Cisse is #10 in the country out of HS.
Looking back over the past 10 years, only four of the #10 guys were 1+done (five if you count Thon Maker, who didn't play any college).
Of those 4 guys, only 1 went lotto (2 out of 5 if you count Thon). This year, Maxey from UK was 1+done, but he's projected to go outside the lottery.
So only one #10 kid (Jamal Murray, UK) who went to college was a 1+done lottery guy.
Kentucky has had four #10 kids in the past 10 years. Only one of the four (Murray) went 1+done lotto.
