We do have some WR that will have been in program for 2-3 years.

I meant Messiah deWeaver. Left off the de by mistake.

Wish we still had White and Kumah. Otherwise, I can live with the defections.

Notable players gone: K. White, Garner, Wilder, Messiah Weaver, Muller, Kumah, Herslow, Joyner, Ross.

90 players
76 scholly (+/-)

Braxton Collins is in the portal per his tweet
2 others are [will be] medical retirees [so I'm told]

If we're bringing in 23 scholarship players, there are still cuts to be made.

Also shifting folks ro DE again, I see.

Its Monarch Minium writing, so take it for what its worth, but he thinks we have a winning season next year. Id be shocked against that 2021 schedule, but I hope he's right. I see 3 hopeful wins. FIU, MTSU and FCS school.

With the turnover in college sports nowadays, its impossible to gauge who will be good or not until we see what kind of turnover happens.

It's long been a stated goal of the program to snare a coach whose high water mark has been 10 or more tackles in a spring game.

When you think of Bill Belichick and Nick Saban, we think of their illustrious playing careers.

Quote: Irokansi came to Texas State after serving the 2017 spring as a defensive quality control coach at Eastern Illinois. He worked with the defensive line which tallied 10 sacks and helped the defense win the spring game, 37-20.

That’s on me for not reading the Texas State link. But I didn’t read it because he’s been at other stops since.

The guy is coming here from Oklahoma State where he served as a prospect analyst. Before that he was a grad assistant at Ole Miss. So we can’t really claim a bio written in the summer of 2017 is a great barometer of who we hired now, can we?
