I agree. That month off had a clear affect on the way the team looked.

Very disappointing, but I'm kind of surprised we were so competitive. The guys did the best they could.

Brady has been a great QB, but this loss is on him (3 turnovers) and the offensive playcaller. Our playcalling and personnel used became just plain stupid in the 2nd half. Also Watkins is being used in the complete wrong role for his skillset.

That really doesn't explain why Watkins was in over larger Martin.

I still like Brady White. I still like this team. We came back from a huge deficit and made it a game. We should have won. 2020 is a ****** up year, so I just will let almost anything slide at this point. Those blaming white can just suck it. really.

Bunch of losers and DAs on the board today. We took a month off and almost beat a good team on the road. Hell we definitely ran out of gas in the fourth quarter. Gonna have to get it back for UCF.
Oh, and losing to SMU in Dallas by 3 doesn't hurt Silverfields status as our HC. At all !!

So we take a month due to Covid. Barely get a full practice in before going on the road. We lose in the final seconds to a 3-0 team that had found their rhythm while we were quarantined. And suddenly we’re garbage. Got it.

As well as the players we are missing for whatever reasons.

It took us a quarter or so to get our legs back & feel comfortable in the game.

From the 2nd quarter on we dominated the game. TO's were the game.

Brady White will be fine & learn from it like he has whenever he's made a mistake.

I think we played well...

Made some mistakes that cost us bigly...

But when you don't practice that is what happens...

Also our running game is going to take a hit this year because it looks like we don't have a home run hitter.

Brady was rusty. Came back from 24-3. Defense improved in second half. Shut down their stud back Bentley. We seemed a step short at times. Played hard and lost a game we could have won. At least I could read the numbers on the uniforms.

The layoff killed us, simple as that. Just win the division and see what happens
