ok, so some good news from this is that it appears Durham discovered this. This is likely why he made the turn into the Clintons and the Clinton foundation. It seems Hillary decided to launch the misinformation campaign to get the publics eye off of her emails. Then, the Intelligence department learns that Russia has discovered Hillary's plan.

So this is about to get real good. Looks like they are going to be able to tie Hillary paying for russian disinformation, which is a crime.

Kinda makes Comey's book (and the Showtime "The Comey Rule" series based on the book) look ridiculous. This information completely and totally undermines the entire book/series narrative. Comey clearly knew what this was and chose to play ball with the effort. His motives now are clear. He backed the wrong horse in 2016 and played along with Hillary and Obama's game plan. When Trump won, Comeys only way to survive was to get Trump out.
