Perhaps this is what the author is of the Onion piece above is referring to. If you support males, you are a relic, living in the past, misogynistic, Donald Trump.
This is not a troll job - I’m genuinely incredibly curious. Are you being sincere in suggesting that white males are currently at a disadvantage in the American workplace at large?

Oh, I dont know. It seemed to be a tongue in cheek response to a tongue in cheek post. I personally think there is a lot of ill placed hatred out there. I think Galatians 3:28 is a better guiding light.

I think I’m 0/2 on my last two “I don’t think that was sarcasm, and I’m going to respond accordingly” posts.
[sports platitude about putting this one behind me, refocusing, taking it one day at a time, and playing my game out there]

There is something to be celebrated about diversifying the backgrounds and opinions of those around you... be it in the workplace, community, family, school, etc. The old-rich-white-guy-only club is pretty stale.
this opinion stated by an aspiring old rich white guy.

I agree with Deez wholeheartedly that diversification is never a bad thing. But I do giggle when I read things like this. Do you have to respond to them with "Hey, client, love the sentiment. But when you say the quiet part out loud, it's employment discrimination and very much illegal."?

male/female ratios are at the heart of Title IX and funding of sports. Having more females makes it more difficult.

RE: What Could Have Been
I know a 14 year EY employee that was on partner track that has been taken out of pre partner programs because he has the audacity to be a white male.
I am scared, this acceptable descrimination is real
