Makes me feel better about it being ready for our opener. Previous news reports have referred to it being ready by Oct 2nd which is our earliest scheduled home game as of now.

This is the first time I've seen anyone say it would be ready by the opener, I'm excited!

Until it was "guaranteed" to be ready in time for an opener, there was serious consideration about beginning the season at Legion Field then moving over to Protective when ready.

Probably A&M and using the deal for this season, if I had to guess.

Me too. I expect a hard sell out. Even though I live in the B’ham area, I am considering getting a room at the Sheraton.

I would guess A&M also. Our(Bama State) opener is booked for the next few years.
