Because it was a joke to point out the hypocrisy of many here. The federalist article states that the partisan GOP panel "accuses" (likely based on the same recycled GRU misinformation to the IMO compromised Ron Johnson) Biden of "possibly" doing something. So to me, that sounds pretty much exactly what many here said of the Steele dossier.
