Again. If there is a such thing as "White Privilege" then why is it that white women pretend to be "of color" to get jobs? Where are all of the stories of women "of color" pretending to be white to get jobs. Or Native Americans pretending to be white to get teaching jobs at colleges?

Every time I fill out forms for my company for whatever reason two of the first questions are "Are you a minority owned business?" and "Are you a woman owned business?" Someone tell me why that is.
