COVID-19 emails from Nashville mayor's office show disturbing revelation
https://fox17.com/news/local/covid-19-em...revelation

The coronavirus cases on lower Broadway may have been so low that the mayor’s office and the metro health department decided to keep it secret.

Emails between the mayor’s senior advisor and the health department reveal only a partial picture. But what they reveal is disturbing.

The discussion involves the low number of coronavirus cases emerging from bars and restaurants and how to handle that.and most disturbingly how to keep it from the public.

I'm glad you posted this.

A lot of us knew this was going on. I haven't believed a word of what we've been told about this from health officials.

Hmmm... It's almost like they want the public to remain in a panic. Now why would they want the country to be in chaos???

Well, if corona virus is running rampant then we can't possibly open polls and... YEAH! We all have to mail in our votes.

Dude, we're still suffering the same thing in St. Louis.. Our County Executive seems to think himself the Dictator of the entire county and city right now. He's STILl refusing to let kids go back to school, he won't even entertain the idea of allowing for youth sports right now.

If he doesn't want you open, he's not letting you open.

FACT: Nashville is controlled by Democrats.

Politics in Nashville almost make Chicago look clean....
The previous mayor of Nashville had to resign when she got caught having an affair with her Nashville police officer bodyguard.
The idea the present mayor’s moral compass is any better is laughable.

Democrats gonna Democrat.

I know some folks who are privy to the daily Covid task force briefings in Shelby County and would suspect things are pretty similar here. The "leaders" are asked almost daily about why no one has been admitted to the pop up hospital if things are so dire. Never gets a response.

I drive past T J Mulligans on Kirby Pkwy / Poplar nearly daily. It's a locally owned pub.

At first during the two-week shelter-at-home order I understood. Didn't necessarily agree, but understood.

After getting out and about and driving past TJM, it was kinda sad seeing the parking lot empty. And I felt really bad for a new restaurant right behind it that had just opened -- Southern Hands, I believe. They were spending a good bit of money trying to open their store. And right when they would've started serving customers -- BAM! No income coming in.

Anyway, it was really good to see people starting to go to TJM's again. The parking lot was packed and people were spending money.

And then Shelby County shut everything down again.

THIS IS REAL.

People are suffering and losing their livelihood. Neighbors, friends, family -- people are seriously being impacted by this.

And to intentionally LIE about the need to shut down should be punished by law.

Actually she resigned because she was using city funds to carry on the affair. The libs in Nashville wouldn't have ditched her for a simple adultery.

But Shelby County cant shut you down from having your friends over to hang out, drink, watch ballgames, grill out, etc. Now, if they try, then we just move the party to Fayette County. So what I guess I am saying is F the Shelby Dems.

She pissed off a lot of people when she was busy blowing her body guard when she was supposed to be in an all night battle station for that snow storm that hit. That snow storm shut the city limits down for days, whereas the moment you entered the any county around the city it was clear sailing. So plenty of people were ready to find something on her.
