Went to the Jack yesterday
Women were on main court and men were on fisher court. Alsean Evans was running up & down court with no problem. Hopefully last years toe problem is resolved

That’s great on Alsean. He is a good player and will help us. Did any of the newcomers on the ladies team stand out?

Was only there for about 10 minutes, so didn’t see much of the practices

And the NCAA says the season can start Nov. 25 for men and women.

Yeah, I am afraid you are right. This is a golden chance for the big guys to cut loose from the irritation of having to play us.

RE: Went to the Jack yesterday
The only thing I know about the schedule is that we are going to play @ East Tennessee St. sometime in November. It actually might be our season opener. Recently, Matt Wise was added as an assistant there.

RE: Went to the Jack yesterday
We now have the start date, and the Metro Atlantic has announced its schedule model (the first among conferences), so we are creeping closer. Their non-conference games will run between Nov. 25 and Dec. 6. That won't be time for very many. I would say the opportunities for non-Power teams to make a statement this season will be sparse.
