RE: 2020 FB Recruiting
at least he won't magically "lose any stars" considering he's going "FBS" program.

It could be a connection to a coach, a degree program, etc. Either way, it's a 17-18 year old kid trying to figure out his life in a tough situation. Wish him the best and if he looks to transfer, I would hope we are at the top of his mind.

I was thinking this guy wasn’t highly touted and did not have any stars next to his name when I looked him up on DNR Rivals page. Am I wrong?

I think someone mentioned he was a 3 star recruit on one of the recruiting sites.

RE: 2020 FB Recruiting
Picked up a transfer DB today.

Jebril Murray from navy.

Also had offers from army and Air Force out of HS.

Looks to be a redshirt frosh/soph.

Looks like he played three years at Glen Allen and then transferred to Hermitage for his senior season (17-18). Then played at the Navy prep school (18-19) and redshirted at Navy (19-20). I don't know if he is eligible this year or has to sit one.

RE: 2020 FB Recruiting
Since he's transferring from FBS to FCS he should be eligible to play this year. Unless there is some rule about summer classes, but I don't think that would be the case.

RE: 2020 FB Recruiting
I know this guy has been talked about on the 2021 recruiting thread, but if he's playing this upcoming 2020 Spring season as a grad transfer, he is a 2020 recruit..

Assume he'll play safety, but was a receiver in high school.

Likely a very good student.

Not a lot of expectations, but hopefully he'll be a piece of the puzzle.
