lol....and the libs on the board are afraid Putin is getting the better of Trump. Putin will destroy someone who cant even complete a sentence in a tense situation. Hell, that moron Justin Trudeau would destroy the stammering dementia patient Biden has become in virtually any negotiation one can imagine. Biden couldnt negotiate a discount while holding a 25% off coupon in each hand. He's part of the idiot crew that shipped pallets of money to Iran and wanted to destroy American industry with the Paris Accords that China wouldnt have to follow. lol...and he was on board with that crap when he had about 50 more IQ points than he does now.

It takes like 20 seconds to find out that the footage has been doctored and cut. They cut out about every other sentence that he said. It looks like some of the footage isn't from that question at all...maybe most of it, but I'm not going to sit here and analyze it very long. It's also possible the View edited their own clip and got rid of some of the footage such as the women reacting. I have no idea.

With that said, the original isn't great either, but it is much more coherent.

And I'm not a Biden fan nor am I trying to say he is a great speaker, but some of the greatest orators and leaders of all time were stutterers/stammerers.
