She also got smoked by a bunch of Trump supporting Cuban Americans in Miami I think it was. She was doing the same thing and they showed up in large numbers to tell her that her socialist policies aren't acceptable. It was great.

No difference, those monikers were given to us by the press to describe us. We have many ethnicities but have one root, Spanish. We all have the Spanish distinction that sets us apart from other ethnicities, notice that I said ethnicities because in the Hispanic/Latino we also have people of all colors. Now the modern idiots have another name for us, Latinx. The only ones that use that are the progressive mostly genderless culture. Us Hispanics condemn that word. No one has a right to tell us what we are, we can manage to find the identifier by ourself. Even in the Mexican culture there are countless way that we identify ourself. We have chicano, hispano, mexican american, raza, etc. but never Latinx because we find that stupid. Older mexican americans abhor the word Chicano while the younger ones love it. In the military if we saw someone that looked mexican american but weren't sure they weren't PR or Cuban or other we would ask the person, "eres Chicano?" Are you Chicano? If they weren't we just let it go and were glad that at least we shared the Hispanic influence and perhaps language. I met some dark Italians and I would ask them and they were insulted, LOL. But hey maybe their mothers had a little Mexican in them. Ha, ha.

PS. We used to ask guys regardless of skin tone, "do you have any Mexican in you". Some would get mad and feel insulted and would answer "NO!" Which we would then ask, "would you like to" and start cracking up.

Hispanic can include Spain.
Latino generally excludes them and is more specifically, 'Latin America'... much of which derives from Spain ultimately so it's still mostly made-up
