Perp driver puts on a whiny woe is me act. Police tased him and used pepper spray. He had a gun under his seat and used it lighting fast. He killed one of the cops.

Cop was way to patient, and I'm quickly learning that tasers are not an effective form of control.

Tasers should be banned. I'm surprised the unions haven't fought for that yet.

Yup. Tasers seem to have a dramatic effect on some---and absolutely no affect on others. I wonder if the placement of the dart makes a huge difference or if the affect simply varies with the person.

Perp is a lifelong loser. 10 arrests and multiple convictions, felonies and misdemeanors, started when he was 18. The Cop that arrested when he was 18 was the Cop he murdered.

One thing is clear, we need to arm the cops with more effective non lethal weapons.
