We need more common sense hitting idiots in the road at night laws.

Maybe a ban on driving at night

Ravnsborg was convicted today on two counts in his impeachment trial conducted in the South Dakota State Senate in Pierre, SD. A two-thirds majority was needed for conviction. The result was 24-9 and 31-2. The chamber currently has 32 Republicans and 3 Democrats; I don’t know who the two abstentions were.

This is a sad end to a sad story. I don’t think Ravnsborg “deserves” this. But it was a necessary outcome, IMHO.
