RE: 2020 Pickem Week 3
An interesting week indeed. This week there were 20 games played in total, and only 7 favorites covered the spread (35%). Of the 13 games on the Pickem card, 11 were actually played. Four of the favorites in those games covered (36%).

Collectively, our intrepid pickers did a little better, averaging five correct picks (45%). Individually, zibby and Texan Mark tied for second place with 7 wins apiece. For that they earn 2 rep points each. Congratulations.

I'm feeling a little bit guilty that I can only award 3 rep points to this week's winner, because his performance can only be described as "sick". So I encourage you all to add to that total and give IWokeUpThisWay some love in the form of rep for his remarkable record of 10-1 yesterday. He only slipped up on the Notre Dame - USF game which half of us picked correctly.

Congratulations, Woke. You've set the bar pretty high for the rest of the year.

RE: 2020 Pickem Week 3
Other players who finished Week 3 with more wins than losses (6-5) were quo vadis, Buckminster Fuller and panite. For the rest of us, we can take comfort in that the point spreads are the great equalizer. This week's 10-1 can be next week's 1-10 and vice versa. It's a long season that is just getting started.

Good luck next week. I'll post the schedule when the opening point spreads are available for all games.
