Another hurricane is expected to hit New Orleans and Southern Louisiana tomorrow.

Not good. At least it's not forecast to become a major hurricane. Will this affect the Navy at Tulane game?

It shifted towards Alabama and Mississippi and probably won't really affect Louisiana after all.
