Actually Obama laid the ground work.
If not for him, Iran wouldn't have $100 billion to destablize countries all over the Middle East. It was 5D chess to create peace in the Middle East.

In a way, that may have contributed to this. The stronger Iran becomes, the more places like UAE and Bahrain look for an ally, and Israel is about the strongest one around.
Saudis and Israel have had an under-the-table relationship for a long time. Now the others on the west side of the Gulf are joining in, and it's spreading elsewhere in the Arab world.
