"Next week at the White House we'll be having a signing between the UAE and Israel, and we could have another country added into that. And I will tell you that countries are lining up that want to go into it," Trump said.

"I think what ultimately will happen is you're going to have quite a few countries come in. The big ones are going to be coming in. I spoke to the king of Saudi Arabia, so we're talking. We just started the dialog. And you'll have them come in," he said.

The big one will involve multiple Muslim nations (including Iran), the Palestinians and an agreement to divide up Jerusalem between Muslims and Jews and allow the Jews to build a new Temple in peace. Taking down the walls in Israel will likely be part of it as well.

Some type of deal with Saudi Arabia is already in the works. Its coming either way I suspect.

Israel and Saudi Arabia have worked together under the table for years.

Saudis and Israel already work together under the table. The keys to any deal IMO are:
1) Recognition of Israel
2) Access to Jerusalem
3) Homeland for the Palestinians

The third one is tricky, because none of the Arab states like the Palestinians. They are just kind of enjoying watching Israel have to grapple with an unsolvable problem. You can't do a two-state solution inside the current borders of Israel. There is no way to create two viable states. The pre-1967 borders leave neither one viable--Israel is 11 miles wide at its narrowest point, which is indefensible when you are surrounded by enemies, and the Palestinian state is divided into two entities--Gaza and West Bank--that neither one is viable economically.

I would go for something like a Kissinger-Tom Clancy solution. Create new Palestine where old Philistia was--the Sinai. Draw a line at 33 East. That leaves Egypt with complete control of the canal and a decent buffer zone on the east bank. They have pretty much lost control of most everything east of there already, except for some oil and tourist areas along the coast. We need to bribe them into doing it, but the Qattara Depression project would be a big step, and given the sad shape of their economy, it probably doesn't take too much more to get them onboard. Everything between 33 east and 34 east goes to the Palestinians. That gives them two coasts to import into and export from, a decent tourist potential diving on the Red Sea reefs, and some oil. It takes a lot of infrastructure--desalinization plants, roads, bridges, hospitals, irrigation, and so forth--but that is also doable. That offers a lot more promise than anything they have now, and it is their ancestral homeland. Don't herd people into trucks and haul them there, but make it voluntary. Is every Palestinian going to want to move there? No. But will enough move there to take the pressure off Israel? Absolutely, particularly when you name it Palestine.

Israel gets everything east of 34 east. That gives them Sharm al-Sheikh, which greatly improves their defense posture, a bigger buffer around Dimona, and some oil and some tourism as well. In conjunction with the desalinization, I would take the Wadi el-Arish, put dams in a couple of spots, and pump some of the desalinized water upstream to maintain a steady flow. Also vary the border between Israel and Palestine to the center line of the Wadi for its length. Now you have some significant irrigation potential as well. Israel also gets the West Bank, which further improves their defensive posture.

Do the Clancy thing and make Jerusalem an open city, in exchange for the Arab world agreeing to recognize Israel as the legitimate rulers of that are. Create an international zone that runs to the Jordanian border. Put an international airport in the zone, so that Muslims can come by land or air without having to pass through Israel. Include the holy places for all three religions--Christianity, Judaism, and Islam--inside the international zone. Let Israel keep the rest, and they can put their capital there if they want to.

This is Satan's plan and solution, which is why its seems like the right thing to do from the worlds perspective. But God has a very different perspective and plan. As scripture says "My thoughts are not your thoughts".

World peace will only come From God and His Son Jesus Christ, mans attempts to do it without Him will fail every time. And this final attmept will bring Gods wrath upon the whole earth.

Al large percent of Bible prophecy has already been fulfilled and its not played as as being figurative. You can track through the entire Bible, the fulfillment is nearly always LITERAL, not figurative. Spiritualizing away Bible prophecy against the entire Bible and all of Bible prophecy.

HE was LITERALLY born of the house of David
LITERALLY to the tribe if Judah
He LITERALLY healed the sick and lame
He LITERALLY raised the dead
He LITERALLY rode into Jerusalem on a donkey
He was LITERALLY betrayed by a close friend
HE was LITERALLY arrested and beaten
He LITERALLY was judged and crucified
He was LITERALLY buried in a rich mans tomb
He LITERALLY rose from the dead on the 3rd day
He LITERALLY defeated death and Satan
He LITERALLY paid the price for our sins
Jerusalem was LITERALLY destroyed for 70 years by Babylon
It was LITERALLY destroyed by Rome in Christs generation
The Jews were LITERALLY scattered to all nations
modern Israel was LITERALLY reborn out of many nations


We could go on like that from one end of the Bible to the other. Bible prophecy is very literal and always has been, its just uses some symbol imagery to identify people and places (4 beasts, the whore of Babylon, a slain Lamb, the dragon) though the fulfillment is virtually always LITERAL.

So I would be careful trying to view it as symbolic and not literal. God is the same today, tomorrow and forever and that is not how Bible prophecy plays out.
