big win on deporting illegals
https://conservativebrief.com/ginsburg-s...ved-25432/

Saw somebody post without a link. Took me about 3 different searches to find this on google.

"...The nation’s highest court ruled 7-2 that the federal government can deport illegal aliens, including those seeking asylum, quickly and with only limited judicial review.

The ruling could affect thousands of would-be immigrants now present in the United States...."

Only Kagan and, of course, Sotomayor, voted against.

Wonder why this has been effectively buried.

Guess it might shake the nerve of a lot of "guest" voters if this got out prior to the cheat by mail ballots get cast.

Ummmm Helooooo...

Operative word here is "Illegal" - you all remember what illegal is right? Against the law......

So the Supreme Court basically said that if you come into our country and try to stay here illegally - you can't stay.

The fact that 2 SCJs disagreed with the basic principle of "Against the Law" is disturbing in and of itself.

Well Sotomayor is a stupid Latina. Good that we don't stereotype all Latinas by her. Disappointed in Kagan.

Oooooh, I wonder if illegals have gotten the word that it's only time before they go after them for breaking the law and thinking they were clear. It'll free up a lot of jobs that's for sure. I wonder how many at Val Mar? Well, at least those there are working and not syphoning from the tap.
