Easy answer. Biden. Kerry did not have dementia. He a loser but at least could communicate.

I actually thought about voting for Kerry, mainly because I was PO'd at Bush. Bush said he was going to reduce the size of the federal government and get us out of the nation-building business, and went 180 out on both. If Kerry hadn't picked Johnny the Ambulance Chaser as his running mate, I night have voted for him. I have never considered for a microsecond voting for Biden. And his choice of Kamala the **** as a running mate eliminated any smidgen of possibility.

Biden's speeches will be much more entertaining that John Kerry's where, but it will be in a very sad way.
