Atlanta Bubble Tournament
"The Kentucky Wildcats were scheduled to play Georgia Tech in an event known as “Holiday Hoopsgiving” that would also feature Auburn/Memphis, Clemson/Alabama, Dayton/Mississippi State, and LSU/USF.

Bubble as in no fans...Just seems like marketing to me.
Because I doubt it is going to be like the NBA bubble so players would have the same risks as if they played games at home.

I'm sure they haven't figured out the fan thing yet. But the idea is to create a 2 week (or so) bubble. All teams show up, test, quarantine, and then play 3-5 teams during their time in the bubble. I know the article doesn't really allude to that, but it is from Kentucky and they posted it seconds after the announcement.
You could actually get a pretty full season in with 4-5, 8 team, bubbles, playing 6-7 games per bubble. Bubbles would last 2 weeks. Then a couple of weeks off, then another bubble. You could get the conference games done that way too.
Maybe have it in large arenas like the FedExForum and keep the lower section empty and social distance the club and upper level?

Why do you assume that?
There are multiple reports out stating the consideration is for more like a true bubble. Multiple testing, quarantines, limited outside exposure, catered meals, etc.

[in my best insider voice (you know who you are)]: I've been hearing about this option for weeks.
