Exclamation So scenarios now
So w/ the Rice win that kinda throws both divs to up in the air. Marshall & FAU both still have a conference game left to play so if Marshall loses that & FAU wins, they take the East if I see right. If Marshall wins then they have it over FAU regardless of FAU win/loss in that last game. Does Rice keep us out by ducking out w/ COVID again thereby taking us out & leaving it between LT & UTSA?

If you’re asking “If Rice...” then yes. Will they? All I know is, unlike other cancellations, that would be in the spotlight and Rice would, hopefully, have a lot to answer for. Also, since the West title is directly tied to us playing a game, you’d think CUSA would scramble up someone.

You’d think...

CUSA couldn't/wouldn't strongly suggest SMiss make up the canceled UAB game this week when it had a compelling reason to do so (or not).

To my understanding UAB canceled 1 game due to COVID because the entire secondary was out due to contact tracing. Rice chose so cancel/postpone their season due to fear of what MIGHT happen...
