NBR: Memphis home games
As much as we love to rag on Memphis, I kinda feel a little bad for them with the hand they are being dealt.

Shelby County (TN) has mandated the capacity of the Liberty Bowl at 4,270 to 4,500 (7% of the stadium's 61,008 seats) depending upon the report, for Memphis home games with 12-foot (!?) social distancing protocols.

And even Memphis is better than majority of the country with no games or no fans.

I drove 10 hours to UAB because it was the closest game I could purchase a walk-up ticket stub for (plus check Legion Field off the bucket list).

I am grateful UAB made this work. UAB’s ticket office was really helpful when I emailed them too.

Glad you made the trip, and glad UAB's ticket office served you well. They don't have a real good track record of even taking care of their own.

You'll have to add our new stadium to your bucket list and come visit us again, and hopefully come and tailgate with us next time.

A Blazer game at LF would be a good tourist attraction for the northerners (or west coasters) who want to see a live game.02-13-banana

Liberty Bowls capacity is 57,900
we can currently have 4,537 fans or 7.9% of capacity with tarps.

if COVID numbers keep dropping, and the players testing positive stays low, we can get it to 10% capacity soon.
