Larry Lyons is from Pontiac IIRC and has basically been a Redbird/rural Illinoisian much of his life.

Actually a genuine, down to earth guy if you meet him. Just from a different walk of life than many of his student-athletes.

Although I tend to gorge myself to the point of gut explosion, I do lift my pinkie finger while doing it (just so I can show some class). Watching me eat is not a pleasant sight (for the eyes, ears, and nose), so I will spare you the experience.
