As prior, there's nothing stopping you from stuffing the ballot box with friends like you're voting for a Daly for Mayor in Chicago. Our first round winners were all bright enough to take that hint and run with it. We'll see if anybody else is paying attention this time.

Redone team skin. Custom rebranded artwork from a pro (which can then be used in marketing and promotional materials, among other things).

10 Rice fans have voted, none have taken the hint on stuffing the ballot box. I'm not sure if they're just that trustworthy or if we should have our Rice fans examined for authenticity.

I mean it's practically like I'm almost telling them to post it on their board to drum up support since that's exactly what the three winners last time did. Almost. Maybe. Hypothetically.

Once upon a time (1982), a masseuse in Korea offered me "the treatment." I haven't been able to walk straight since.

A good analog for me dropping hints everywhere to no avail.

I’m not trying to hate, but not sure getting the new logo stuff is a win if we have a good look already. Not trying to trash whoever is doing the artwork, but I saw one of the newly changed ones that looks not that great IMO. Can we please lose this internet vote for the first time in JMU history?

If you'd like to be exempt you could just pop over to the James Madison University administrative buildings and get them to sign over free use of their trademarks to use as I see fit even if it violates their own branding guidelines like it currently does.

(I'm guessing you're not a fan of Kent State? If you got a better one for a Golden Flash with a bird I'm listening. We've got pretty universal thumbs up from UAB/WMU/ODU.)

So if I’m understanding this correctly, Toledo gave permission to use their logo but none of the others did? Toledo’s the only one that doesn’t look altered.

Think it was the type font/color combo of the lettering “The Monarch’s Den”. Not important really. Sorry to be negative.

None of them did. All the ones you see with marks were done by fans because joe schmoe fan probably has more graphic design talent than I do. So ofc my crappy attempt lost hands down in the court of public opinion most times.
That's why I've got a pro to do it now.

Oh, yeah, I'm not thrilled about that font but if you go searching for regal/royal style fonts you get a lot of ye olde ornate English stuff that is even worse.

CMU board could use some new graphics too.
