Upon further review, I see this article is old, old news. In fact it's so old it's new. Sorry folks.

I hope we make them eat crow - and, if anything, beat vcu. If we play, I’m expecting an epic bounce back season. Curry will be ready to lead us to glory.

It should be a good year. If we aren’t top 100 I’ll be quite disappointed. Looking at that roster gives me some optimism for next season too.

I believe it was discussed but this seems about right if you were going to project based on the pieces in place.

There is some upside in this team thought that would make things better (Wade returning, Green returning to form, growth from Curry/Ezikpe/Reece, and if Strother can add some shotting from the outside).

I'd be shocked if we play any out if conference games.

I am actually optimistic that over the coming months folks will gradually start to wake up to the monumental stupidity of the across-the-board lockdown. No, there will be no "Kiss Cam" during the media breaks, but I am hopeful that we will otherwise be able to enjoy a semi-normal 2020-2021 season.

Or maybe I'm just hopelessly naive. It wouldn't be the first time.

Start of the season will have to be committed to before Election Day. It won't be safe.

At least VCU is "in state". They wont have that excuse to duck us. I'll be so ticked if the year we should be better than them, AND have them at the Ted, the game gets cancelled.
