UAPB and SWAC Spring Football
Not only has the SWAC said it will try to play spring football, in today’s ADG they released a spring football schedule. Six Conference games beginning February 27 and the SWAC Championship on May 1st. There is also an option to schedule one non-conference game in one of two open dates between February 27 and April 17th.

RE: UAPB and SWAC Spring Football
I really don't like the idea of spring football because it would suck to play almost 2 seasons worth of football in one full year. With that being said I think that college teams should be allowed to play a couple exhibition games in the Spring in order to get guys some good playing time but a full season doesn't sound like a good idea to me.

College Baseball might have a realistic chance in the spring since there is some time to prepare and plan a safe way to do so. But they really need to just cut it out with this spring football season idea and start worrying about the winter/spring sports. That's just my opinion though.
