RE: SEC Schedule Release
Serious front loading of the schedules. I guess they want the big games in first before things can get cancelled.

Georgia for example, finishes with Missouri, Mississippi St., South Carolina and Vanderbilt.
Florida closes with Arkansas, Vanderbilt, Kentucky and Tennessee.

They are at least trying to do the rivalry games, or closest thing to it, on Thanksgiving. The schools with ACC opponents play each other, Florida-Kentucky, Georgia-South Carolina. The rest is typical-Ole Miss-MSU, Auburn-Alabama, Arkansas-Missouri, Vanderbilt-Tennesse, LSU-Texas A&M.

Well not for everyone - LSU starts with Mississippi State, Vandy, and Missouri.

Bottom line is there is only so much you can do given the constraints here. I will be very, very happy if these games are played.

That's a lot of Auburn games on CBS. Usually, they don't get that many unless they are going for championship. I guess that's the way the schedule works out this year. I wonder what the limit would be for number of games a team can be on CBS this year?

RE: SEC Schedule Release
Listening to Kentucky fans on radio now predicting that they go on the road and beat Auburn to begin the season. Some are talking SEC East champions.
All I can say is wow.

Kentucky would be lucky to finish 3rd in the East this year.

South Carolina staring hard at a 1-4 start before their open date with games left against A&M and UGA.
