Leon McDougle
I see he was just elected president of the National Medical Association, the nationwide association for African American physicians. He has done really well for himself.

Congratulation to Leon! Another great representative for UT.

Great news! Every pick up player’s dream-wear the rec specs and still make the college team. Leon was a fun guy to watch. And fairly bright.

RE: Leon McDougle
Certainly made the most of his chance at UT to say the very lease. He is also on the NCAA Covid-19 committee if I understand correctly. Wonder if, Dr. Willie McKether, UT VP for Diversity and Inclusion, would be willing to honor Leon instead of his suggestion on the recent funding request I received back in July? Could list 10 other individuals to honor as well.

The history of the organization is a very interesting read.

Great news after all the bad news we've heard or lived with the last six months. Congratulations to Dr. McDougle. He was actually my lab partner in Chemistry when I was a freshman. Thank you for sharing this story.

he was the model for my dad explaining what a garbage man was in basketball. you know, the guy who doesn't have any great skills but works hard and finds a way to get loose balls and put backs.
