After seeing videos and pictures from college parties starting up and high schools starting up, don't count on it

Doesn’t seem to be too bad where the virus came from

No it wasn't. But, I'm glad we're in full on idiot mode around here and the veil has been lifted

Whether you agree with them or not, no need to call people idiots for having a different opinion. Resorting to name calling isn't exactly a hallmark of maturity and intelligence either.

This isn't twitter. We've all been posting on here for years. A baseline of respect isn't too much to ask.

It’s been going on here long before the pandemic if you express a view counter to the party line.

There is no party line. That would mean all of the mods think the same way. I can guarantee you that is so not the case. That's just a convenient excuse of people who think the rules of this board and general civility shouldnt apply to them. In fact we've been very lenient. But it reached the limit last week so, the name calling and rampant douchebaggery is over. Be civil or be gone.

I suggest everyone refresh themselves on the AUP at the top of the board.

If you feel otherwise, you're always free to discuss by pming any member of the moderation team.

Thank you. If this toxic environment continues much longer there won't be anyone else left around here but those who are living in their own little echo chamber.

So basketball is getting delayed by 3 weeks and we may lose some home games if they go to the neutral site bubble concept.

We may not - at least not all of them. I think HCAK implied some games would be shifted around. There has also been talk of a Bartow OOC tournament. I also think Bartow would be a good "bubble" area...
