RE: Basketball Attendance
That would be tickets sold. Not butts in seats.

The actual attendance numbers per game took a hit once Wiseman quit. But the games were still 3/4 packed after that.

We're gonna be top 10 in football attendance too if the P5s all cancel and the AAC still plays.

I read that the health department will require 18' spacing for indoor events (not the 12' for outdoor events like football). I would like to see an extimate of how many fans would fit in FedEx Forum under that guideline.

Everything will be back to normal after November.

No more masks and social distancing.

You will see.

Very nice. For perspective, that’s a 10,087 increase over 2018. Mid-South Coliseum capacity was 10,085. So Penny brought an entire coliseum with him. Well done.

18'

Did they just pull that out of their rear. I couldn't spit 10' no matter how hard I tried.

Quote:Outdoor sporting events must be spaced for 12 feet between each person/group; indoor sporting events must allow 18 feet of space between each person/group.

The health department wants to make sure that everyone knows that they can count by sixes.

Preliminary results from a University of Colorado study found that INDOORS 6 ft was sufficient to be standing in front of someone singing as loudly as they can (without a mask), as long as the air was completely circulated every 30 minutes.

https://www.nfhs.org/articles/unpreceden...-19-study/

This European study says 7.5 ft:

Like 165. Tops. Thats one person per row, and like 6 unoccupied rows between people. That's "everyone pay for a cardboard cutout" time.

Geez, SCHD is out of control. They're shutting things down, without "shutting things down". Things are going to dry-up and die in Memphis. But, hey, they're not missing a paycheck or opportunity to be on tv. So why should they care?

You will see. The rest of us understand that the virus is not a Democratic Party hoax. If the rest of your ilk continue on as you have been the south will be decimated and there may be as many as 2000 deaths daily nationally by the end of November.
