In a nut shell, for those that don’t twitter...

Whether they play this season or not, anyone on their last year of eligibility can come back to their same status next year. Ie. Zero eligibility used this season.

Anyone returning will be exempt from counting towards team scholly limits. They’re “freebies”.

Like spring arrangement, it’s up to schools whether to fund those extra schollies.

This helps G5’s way more P5s.

Maybe, but couldn’t the good G5 players on their last year of eligibility just play, graduate, and then go to the P5 as a grad transfer? The G5 might be able to keep some players, but they might lose their best players.
