OOC Games
SMU loses TCU and with Big 12 going for FCS opponents for their 10th game, looks like we may approach in-state UTSA or Rice for 12th game. What is everybody in AAC doing?

RE: OOC Games
We were able to land the GTech game, and are playing FIU and FAMU (they'll play us as an independent). The 4th home game is still do be decided

Official word from our AD on the 4th game is that we're awaiting word from UNC on the status of the game. They're going to have to buy it out and be the ones to walk from it if it's not played. It'll be a shame if it's not played, would be a top 25 matchup.

Tulane replaced Northwestern and Mississippi State with South Alabama and Southern Miss.

RE: OOC Games
ECU just lost the Gamecocks which takes us down to only 10 games since we had already lost Norfolk State. It appears that our AD is leaning towards standing pat. I think that's a mistake because I think we should add 2 FCS since we would still be bowl eligible with 6 Ws this year. I know there are a lot of concerns but we really need some positive momentum as a program and a bowl game would really help in that regard.

FCS is likely going to get scrubbed, NCAA said if 50% of the league doesn't play then it get cancelled, they're at 40% with more cancellations expecting to be announced.

I mean we don't really need a word from them, we got a word from their own conference. They can't play that game even if they wanted to, and Danny White refuses to give up the home game. I'm not sure there is even a basis for a buyout considering their own conference won't allow it. I would reschedule that game and find another opponent

I believe the FCS *championship* would get cancelled if 50% of leagues don't play. But, FCS schools who choose to do so could still play football this fall.

Anyone know for sure how that might work?

If they move their season to spring, which is what many believe would happen at that point, they wouldn't be able to play fall games.

NC top 25. NC is relying on a partial season to save face.
