Atlanta mayor sued for firing police officers
https://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/offi...g-72188182

"The former Atlanta police officer who fatally shot Rayshard Brooks is suing the mayor and interim police chief, saying his firing violated his constitutional rights and the city code. Meanwhile, prosecutors have asked a judge to revoke his bond.

Garrett Rolfe was fired June 13, the day after he fatally shot Brooks outside a Wendy's restaurant in Atlanta. In a lawsuit filed Tuesday in Fulton County Superior Court, he says he was fired “without an investigation, without proper notice, without a disciplinary hearing, and in direct violation of the municipal code of the City of Atlanta...."”

Similarly, the two who were immediately fired for tasering the two young people refusing to get out of their car also sued.

The mayor was saying her husband who had Covid (as did she) was still feeling rundown. She held press conferences while knowing she was exposed to a positive in her household. After getting out of quarantine, she went to public events with her husband who apparently is not completely over the virus.

And this is one of Biden's final 6.
