he says he doesn't need a mental tests... the say he is so "forward looking" instead of looking forward to debating Trump.
He implies the african american interviewer is a junkie which is a nice touch....

The man doing the interview should have told Biden....yes most people are required to do a drug test before starting a job. I would have loved to see what came out of Biden's mouth after that. This laugh that he does in almost ever interview after being asked a personal question is off the wall crazy sounding and looking
