Joe Biden's suggestion was for the cops to shoot him in the leg. I think maybe Joe watched too much Lone Ranger in his youth. Kemo Sabe could always shoot the gun out of the bad guy's hand.

and of course, gunshot wounds in the leg can be serious or even fatal, but I guess Joe doesn't know that.

I guess we won't know if the sociology degree guys can d the job until we try them. It would be nice to find some job they can do.

LOL at Joe.

As to the last, when life gives you lemons, right??

Not protests, but related to political violence/intimidation:

Quote: A caravan of vehicles displaying Trump campaign flags and signs swarmed a Biden campaign bus between San Antonio and Austin on Friday afternoon, leading the Democrats on board to call 911 and cancel the Austin close of their “Battle for the Soul of the Nation” tour.

According to the Biden campaign, the vehicles surrounded the bus, trying to slow it down in the middle of the highway or run it off the road. Biden staff notified 911 and local law enforcement, and, they reported, local law enforcement helped the bus to reach its Austin destination.

My guess is we end up seeing a few flare ups like this on Election Day. People are acting crazy.

I expect a lot of unrest and some violence regardless of who wins or claims to have won. The uncertainties surrounding the mail in balloting practically guarantees this. Everywhere the Democrats lose or are losing, they will claim voter suppression. Everywhere the Republicans lose or are losing, they will claim fraud.

But I think that 99% of the violence will come from the leftists. History shows that is the source of most violence. If Trump were to win again, they will fill the streets.

The various claims will eventually end up in court, and if the verdicts go against the Democrats, that will be presented as further proof that that the courts need packing.
