I would guess that this is not within their control. It's probably a Rivals network wide thing to control traffic on a busy day like NLI day.

Yup ... it's broken!
I'm wondering if it has anything to do with that "denial of service" virus (DOOM) that's out there on the 'net right now. Rivals.com has been acting funny for the last couple of days. My mail.com e-mail is slower than usual, as well.
