I have 1400 followers on twitter now (I have no clue why), very diverse politically. Every group seems constantly angry and hateful. Twitter is just a cesspool really, though not quite as bad as Facebook.

Seriously? If you're serious do you even understand the level of douchbaggery to which you just descended?

For those uninitiated into the Lush frame of mind, he’s an existential thinker. Not from a place of malice.

The spin room mantra is “play stupid games, win stupid prizes”. That definitely applies here.

^ correct. wear your mask and stay away from crowds so you don't end up getting lethal Trump Virus like Mr 999 did.

Years of mentoring in the Atlanta area through 100 Black Men of America and his fraternity Iota Phi Theta. He will definitely be missed.

This is a refreshing take. Thanks!

But I'm going to interject politics here because it's appropriate.

Herman Cain is the epitome of what African Americans should be looking for as a role model. In these times of "institutionalized racism" he's an example of what one can do if they simply apply themselves. His mother was a maid and his father was a chauffeur. His humble beginnings didn't prevent him from going to college and becoming successful. This ordinary black kid born in Memphis and growing up in Georgia became the CEO of Godfather's Pizza, the CEO of one of the Federal Reserve Banks in this country, chairman of one of the largest lobbying groups in the country, and a former Presidential candidate. This man should be a role model for all Americans, but especially African-Americans. But because he was a conservative he's not nor will he ever be, and that's a loss not only for our African American community but for our country as a whole.
