Trump knows that he doesn't have the power to do this but put it out there to get a reaction. With the left writing columns lately about what if DT loses and refuses to leave, he knows that this will blow up and show once again how looney they are. He gets the left time and time again to show how unhinged from reality they are. This is just another example of him throwing chum in the water, knowing that they can't resist.

“Trump is hyper aware” vs “Trump is oblivious”.

I 100% think that Trump is a say-what-he-thinks kind of guy no matter the coherence or whether it’s correct or incorrect. The long game hasn’t really played to any public part of his life has it?

RE: Trump floats delaying the General Election
I love how conservatives laugh when Trump tweets something like this because we know Leftist Soy Boys will lose their sh*t. They’ll go to Twitter and cry on other soy boy’s shoulders. Some might even carry it to a message board so we can all laugh and point at their gullibility.

What our President just did was change the narrative. Now when Democrats whine about it being unsafe to debate, Trump will remind them of this. When they whine about it being unsafe to vote in person, he’ll remind them of this. The Left is so easy.

I’m not certain that’s the reason, though I do take your opinion into account. I think the reason some conservatives laugh is summarized 2 things that Trump has talked about before (and I appreciate his honesty): the notion that he could do whatever he wants and not lose a single vote and what women would let him do simply because he was Donald Trump.

The first one is pretty straight forward. His supporters will do some gymnastics to give him the benefit of the doubt. The second one is about the things that his celebrity allows him to do to people and how they’d just let it happen without questions asked.

Sometimes I just want to ask some conservatives if his hands are really that small because they seem to have that firsthand knowledge.

Interesting considering I'm sure it was intended to help CRAZY Uncle Joe. I think people should be able to get their ballots by mail, but unless they're over 60 or truly out of town, they should be required to return them to their polling place on election day.

so you’re saying Trump is really so stupid as to think there are only Republicans and Democrats and nothing in between? I really doubt Indy voters are amused by Trump right now and that’s who decides elections.

Trump knows how to play the Left. He’s done it repeatedly the last 4 years and he’ll do it again the next 4 years. He’s made Democrats defend MS13, China and other WTF issues. Nobody trolls our Nation’s enemies like Trump. He’s made it impossible for anyone that loves America to support Democrats.

okay....since you're not going to vote for him in any capacity, I'm not certain any of that matters...

he is what he is....at some point, one has to vote otherwise or not give a shite....to place importance on personality to a level of 'tilt' carries zero weight in my book...

ain' no 'wishbone' left at this table, pal....you're either in, or you're out....

Orange Man Bad vs. the VP of Senility. Capitalism vs. Marxism/Socialism. You either love the idea of one and hate the other, or vice versa.

No middle ground here.

I think there are a decent number who really wish they had a different choice.

Absolutely agree. I'm one of them. But if my only real choices are Trump or Biden, that's pretty clear cut. For practically everybody.

he's sitting quietly while Trump shoots himself in the foot...then turns and shoots his other foot...then blames Fauci because he fell down.

He's sitting quietly because if he talked he'd tell us about corn pop and hairy legs.

He’s sitting quietly because nobody has a hand up his back. Just like Jeff Dunham’s Walter he can’t mutter anything without someone helping him.

IMO, lots of indy's are scared of Biden not because of Biden, but what is lurking in the wings after him.

I still think that is a useful strategy for republicans. Just run a video compilation of the greatest hits of whoever Biden picks as his VP candidate, and make sure voters understand that Biden is probably a half-term president at best.

IMO, it doesn't matter if Biden goes full term or even has two terms. It's the conditioning people will get during that time that will make the likes of AOC and "the squad" seem acceptable going forward.

we're easily in a socio-political-commerce experiment...

it's how it has always played out in any version of human history once developed...

hence, domination>>>slavery>>>feudal>>>marxism>>>capitalism

Ja, it's a simple timeline, but the tendencies as they approach the 'law of diminished' are still a constant ....
