I do not think that any of the listed schools are better than the top 3 to 5 schools in the conference they are listed as joining. Therefore this exact expansion will not occur. It is possible that the ACC and the Big 12 might draft a team from the above list simply because those two conferences have made just above average selections before. See Boston College, Pittsburg, Baylor, Wake Forrest etc.
